Welcome to Eternal Paula! These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of Eternal Paula and provide important information about your rights and responsibilities. By registering to Eternal Paula, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Rules

  • You must not use Eternal Paula to engage in any activity that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.
  • Respect all other players. Harassment, threats, bullying, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
  • Cheating, using third-party software, or any other method to exploit the game is strictly forbidden and will result in the suspension or termination of your account.

2. Virtual Currency

  • Eternal Paula offers virtual currency ("MyShop Points"), which can be purchased with real-world money or earned in the game.
  • Virtual Currency can be used within Eternal Paula to purchase virtual goods or services. It has no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other tangible value outside of Eternal Trickster.
  • All sales of Virtual Currency are final. Once you purchase Virtual Currency, it is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, except in our sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to control, regulate, modify, or eliminate Virtual Currency at any time, with or without notice. You shall have no legal or monetary claim against Eternal Paula Trickster for any changes to the value, availability, or functionality of Virtual Currency.

3. Account Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
  • Upon suspension or termination, you may lose access to any Virtual Currency or other virtual items associated with your account. We are under no obligation to compensate you for any such losses.

4. Changes to the Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time, and you should check this page regularly. Your continued use of Eternal Paula after any changes to the Terms means you accept those changes.
